I didn’t receive my order status code. Where can I find it?

See below what each stage of the status means:

Awaiting Payment: Your order has not yet been paid or there has been no payment attempt. At this point, the order can still be cancelled.

Waiting: your order is awaiting a response from the operator regarding payment confirmation. At this point the order can no longer be cancelled.

Processing: your payment has been confirmed and the order is in the finance/shipping department for the issuance of the invoice and shipment of the product. At this point, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Completed: your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking code, which can also be checked in the customer area, by accessing your account. At this point the order can no longer be cancelled. Attention: orders sent by carrier do not have a tracking code. Only those sent by the Post Office!

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. The reasons may vary from the customer cancelling the order to a payment issue, such as a bank/card refusal. Contact one of our customer service channels to find out more details.

Failed: There was a communication problem between the website and the payment system and the order was not completed. Contact us through one of our customer service channels to find out more details.

Refunded: The amount paid for your order has been partially or fully refunded.
