How do I cancel my purchase?
If you purchased and have not yet paid: Log in to your account on the MetaLife website and click “Orders”. Locate the order in the list and click the button “CANCEL”.
Attention: the button is only visible for orders with the status “Pending payment”.
If you purchased by bank slip and did not pay: just do not pay and the order will be canceled automatically.
