I didn't receive my tracking code, where can I find it?

Once entered into our system, the tracking code is automatically sent to the email registered in the order. Check your spam folder.

You can also check it in the customer area. Access your account on the MetaLife website, click on orders and then on the button “VIEW”, referente ao pedido que você está buscando a informação.

On the next screen, you will see the order details. Locate the tracking code as shown in the image below:
