Order status.

See below what each status stage means:

Awaiting Payment your order has not yet been paid or there has been no attempt to pay. At this point, the order can still be canceled.

Waiting Your order is awaiting the operator's response regarding payment confirmation. At this point the order can no longer be cancelled.

Processing Your payment has already been confirmed and the order is in finance/shipping for the issuance of the invoice and shipping of the product. At this point the order can no longer be cancelled.

Completed Your order has already been shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking code, which can also be checked in the customer area, accessing your account. At this point the order can no longer be cancelled. Attention: orders sent by courier do not have a tracking code. Only those sent by post!

Canceled your order has been cancelled. The reasons can range from cancellation made by the customer to a payment problem, such as refusal by the bank/card. Get in touch through one of our service channels to find out more details.
