Platform – Ladder/Reformer

The MetaLife Ladder Barrel and Reformer Extension Platform is an accessory used to extend the structure of the Ladder Barrel or Reformer, allowing specific exercises to be performed.

*Exclusive for use in MetaLife equipment produced from 2012 onwards. Compatible with the Traditional Infinity line.

How to use:
On the Reformer, between the base and the equipment carriage. As a foot or knee support for performing lower limb exercises. As a hand, elbow and foot support in the all-fours position for plank and upper limb movements. On the Ladder Barrel, fitted into the structure between the backrest and the half-moon to elevate shorter students during ballet stretches. Hand support for handstands.
