The MetaLife Torino Reformer is an accessory that allows the user to interact with the equipment in an ergonomic way. It provides greater freedom of support range during exercises, as well as more appropriate positioning without having to flex the wrists. Used as a hand support during exercises on the Reformer, it allows you to educate or stabilize movements, favor positions or challenge exercises, allowing you to choose whether you want to support yourself more closed or more open, more forward or more backward. It can be used on both sides of the Reformer, needing only to be adjusted to be used in one position or the other.

How to use:
Fits into the Reformer’s shoulder pads or jumping board for positioning and opening the hands in exercises such as: Semicircle, Rollover, Jackknife and Control balance, Mermaid and Control front. Promotes more efficient weight-bearing on the hands, in addition to challenging different grips, and is also a facilitator for those with limited mobility in the shoulder girdle and/or thoracic spine.
