The opening between the sliding carriages positioned in each column of the equipment allows to perform new exercises, working with different muscular chains.
The sliding carriages positioned on the columns, on the roll-down bar, enable to adjust the tensioning of the springs according to the height at which the sliding cross bar is positioned.

For the pedal lock, simply push the pin between the pedal upholstery where you fix the spring, causing the latch to engage or disengage from the other pedal.

The new line, Wave, was one of the best things that Metalife has created recently. I really liked the wooden colour and its rounded finish. Metalife managed to develop its equipment in a beautiful and functional way due to its slightly bigger size on the sides, which provides more comfort for exercising.
